By Yann Tiersen, it’s called La Rade, which I am told means the raid, unremarkably.

It’s a good song, although I can’t say much for the lyrics other than they make the song sound pretty. It’s from his On Tour album, which I assume was a recording from several live concerts, given the audience and who I think is Yann Tiersen talking to the audience in English(!), but occasionally he breaks into French.
